The Harmony development brings together the skills and strengths of Willmott Dixon and Notting Hill Housing Group as members of the Key London Alliance to build and provide quality housing at affordable prices. The Key London Alliance is a unique joint venture consortium comprised of leading developers and housing groups. It was formed in 2004 by HCA for their London Wide Initiative (LWI) scheme.
